Developing Empathy: O’Dowd Students Engage the Holocaust

Many people don’t realize how connected Judaism, Christianity and Islam are, but they are.

“As a Catholic teaching Judaism, Islam, Hinduism and Buddhism, I feel a great responsibility to represent each religion with care and competence,” says Molleen Dupree-Dominguez, who has been teaching in the Religious Studies department since 2014. Many people don’t realize how connected Judaism, Christianity and Islam are, but they are each faiths stemming from the ancient patriarch Abraham.
