Kristallnacht Commemoration

The Kristallnacht Commemoration serves to teach us about the precursors of the Holocaust.  Translated as the Night of Broken Glass, it refers to the state-sponsored anti-Jewish violence in Germany and Austria, which occurred the night of November 9, 1938. The events of that night represent an important turning point in anti-Semitic policy that ultimately led to the Holocaust.
